The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:45 PM to ensure that you are in a seat for the beginning of the wedding.
We would love for everyone to dress in cocktail attire. Guys, a suit or a nice dress shirt is great. Ladies, a cocktail dress or cute dressy separates work perfectly.
There is a large parking lot next to the hall, and we encourage all able-bodied guests to park there. Please note that this lot requires walking up a staircase to reach the hall entrance. If you are unable to climb stairs, continue driving past the large lot and follow the curve in the road. You’ll arrive at a smaller lot located right next to the venue entrance.
Glacier Hills Hall and Chapel is located within a county park, which typically charges an entry fee. However, the fee is covered by our venue rental, so guests do NOT need to pay anything to enter the park for our wedding.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Afterward, during the cocktail hour and reception, feel free to snap as many candid shots as you like!
Due to limited space, we are only to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. The ceremony will be held in the Chapel, and the celebration will continue in the Hall, with both venues located on-site. Weather permitting there is an outdoor space available during cocktail hour.
Yes, we will have an open bar available from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Please plan ahead by arranging a designated driver or consider using the shuttle service and staying at the hotel.
