Ceremony and Reception Details
There will be two, 15 passenger shuttle vans that will pick up from the Fairfield Inn and transport guests to the ceremony/reception. The shuttles will begin at 3:30 PM and will continue to run guests to the venue until the ceremony begins at 5PM. Shuttles will transport guests the remainder of the night back to the hotel. There is also plenty of parking available on site if you choose to drive.
Our ceremony and reception will be at the same location.
We will have an open bar for you to enjoy! Keep in mind our Bar Vendor's rules below:
-Only one drink is allowed to be ordered at a time.
-If you look on the younger side, you may be asked to show your ID.
Pre-Ceremony wine and beer options will be served from 4:00PM-5:00PM under the Pavilion.
