WHAT IS THE DATE AND LOCATION OF THE WEDDING?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at Sassafras Springs Vineyard & Winery Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside at the Sassafras Chapel Ruins. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside the venue.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive at the Sassafras Chapel Ruins between 4:30-4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held inside of Sassafras.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot in front of Sassafras.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We adore your little ones but unfortunately we cannot accommodate children other than the nieces and nephews of the bride and groom. Thank you for your understanding!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If you were given a plus one, this will be stated on your invitation. Unfortunately there is a limit on the number of guests we can accommodate.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, midi-length dresses, or gowns are appropriate for women, and sports coats or suits are appropriate for men.
