Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place on the front lawn at The Abbey Inn and Spa, at approximately 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotel blocks in Fishkill to our venue in Peekskill. Please indicate in your RSVP if you intend to use the shuttle or not (we *highly* recommend doing so!!)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Abbey has plenty of on-site parking, should you choose to not use the shuttle service.

I'd prefer to not rent a car - is there mass transportation in Peekskill and Fishkill?

Answer

There is a Metro-North train station in Peekskill, and the closest Metro-North train station to Fishkill is in Beacon, NY. Please note that Ubers/Lyfts are not fairly active in the area, but there are taxi services that could be reserved ahead of time to be used for transportation. The Metro-North trains can be accessed via Grand Central Terminal, which is located in Midtown Manhattan.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Our dress code is black-tie optional! We kindly request that female-identifying guests wear calf-length or full-length formal dresses, and male-identifying guests wear suits or tuxedos.

May I bring my child?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at The Abbey, we kindly ask that children not directly involved in the wedding party remain at home. Thank you for understanding!

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless a plus one is indicated on your RSVP, we will not be allowing additional plus one's due to the limited capacity of our venue. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Mattie and Sean. Thank you for understanding!
