-If you have ANY questions about booking your room, please contact Carrie, our travel specialist. Her info is on the booking website "Meet Your Specialist" page. She is best reached by e-mail (coztas@destinationweddings.com), but can also be reached at 571-281-2826. She will take care of everything concerning lodging and ground transport. LODGING Our wedding-specific events will be adults-only affairs. However, we’ve set aside rooms at both the Hyatt Ziva (family-friendly) and Hyatt Zilara (adults-only) for your enjoyment. These are located side by side with walk-through access for adult guests, so that you may avail yourself of the amenities at both. BOOKING ROOMS -Rooms should be booked on our DestinationWeddings.com wedding travel website. You will need to “Find a Wedding” and then create an account. You will then be able to peruse the available room options and submit your request for the room. At booking, the initial deposit is only $50 per room occupant. -Suggested dates of travel are 1/27/27-1/31/27. At least 3 nights are required for each reservation, in any case. -Please book rooms promptly, by 02/10/26, to ensure that you have access to the best rooms that the resorts have to offer us and that you are a part of the wedding room block’s benefits. -If you identify a room option that you would like but do not see available for our room block, please reach out to our travel specialist, Carrie, as she may be able to locate such availability and generate a personal quote. PAYMENT OPTIONS To keep costs manageable, you will have the option to pay in installments at your convenience. We hope that these options will prove useful as you plan your travel. Please be sure that you keep informed of the final payment dates should you choose a flexible payment option, as they differ depending upon whether you purchase the Travel Protection Plan (which we HIGHLY suggest).

Shared round-trip ground transportation between the airport and resorts will be provided by way of our destination travel agency and is included in your room reservation. Carrie, our destination travel specialist, will be in touch with each guest to organize this.
