Liz and Jake crossed paths like so many modern, dating folk do in our modern age... swiping on dating apps on their cell phones. Chatting and jokes soon became hot chocolate at Starbucks, then into movies and pizza, and eventually holding hands and drinking milk shakes. Liz quickly showed Jake the in's and out's of the Utah and Salt Lake Valley theater scene while Jake took her to local music venues and taco eateries. Once Jake took Liz to his hometown to show off Liz to the family, they sat down with Liz's folks and had the "what are your intentions with our daughter/get your blessing on getting married" talk. Jake survived. Now it is our pleasure to share the celebration with you, our friends and family.
