Our story began in the most unexpected yet beautiful place serving together in church in Saudi Arabia.

I was a volunteer teacher for the kids’ ministry, while Arbyn was faithfully serving behind the scenes as part of the technical team. Our paths crossed when he was assigned to help and train me with the tech setup for our kids’ service.

It seemed like an ordinary moment, but in that very moment, something quietly and wonderfully began. Between sound checks, small conversations, and shared laughter, we found a connection that neither of us expected.

What started as teamwork turned into friendship, and before we knew it, friendship blossomed into love. In a place far from home, God wrote a story for us that felt so intentional and full of grace.

From serving side by side to walking hand in hand, it has been a beautiful reminder that sometimes, love finds you right where you are—when you’re simply being faithful to your calling.
