FAQs

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie encouraged. While we want you to wear what is most comfortable, we hope everyone treats our wedding as a night to get dressed up. We encourage mid/floor length dresses for women and prefer black suit or tuxedo suit for men. We can't wait to see how great you all look!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

It is recommended that you arrive at 5:00 PM for the pre-ceremony accommodations. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, sharp. People will be arriving around the same time, and we would like you all to have enough time to get situated before the ceremony begins. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you not intervene with our photographer.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The bride and groom have carefully considered their guest list with whom they would like to share their special, intimate day with. Please refer to your RSVP to determine the size of your guest party.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking on site. If you are planning on drinking, we ask that you do so responsibly and ride share if you need to!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know! However, we'd greatly appreciate if you could please RSVP by July 15th. We will be doing an online RSVP only. If you have any trouble finding your name, please reach out to Joy or James by text/call or email at joyfuljames2023@gmail.com.
