Join us at the Palettes Restaurant located inside the Double Tree Hotel to start off the weekend, chat, and meet the other guests. This is not a private event. We will have appetizers and sandwiches available, along with a cash bar and other light appetizers or entrees available for purchase.

Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. See the shuttle schedule under the "Travel" tab to make sure you're there on time and reminder there is plenty of safe parking with valet service with the option to leave your car overnight! FYI: Hotel check-in is at 4. Call the hotel for early check-in availability.

This is not a private event, all welcome to come and go as you please! Feel free to change your clothes after the reception. There will be a cash bar. Home Base is located directly adjacent to and in walking distance of the Double Tree Hotel.
