When should I book my room by/RSVP?

Answer

ASAP! As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please place the deposit on your room accommodations. Room prices are guaranteed to rise or sell out! To help elevate this, we locked a set price for everyone with our destination wedding travel agent. We ask that you RSVP on this site and place your deposit by April 1, 2021. Rooms need to be fully paid by August 13, 2021.

Do I really have to book through Barefoot Bridal/Carol?

Answer

Yes, you do! Simply because this is the only way we can keep all those attending the wedding together in one group. If the hotel website has a lower rate, please reach out to Carol and she will be able to help price match the stay. Unfortunately, if you book elsewhere or at another hotel, you will need to pay a guest pass of $100 (if available) and may miss the chance of you being able to attend the wedding. We advise our guest to please book though Barefoot Bridal to guarantee your presence.

When should we arrive? leave?

Answer

Whenever you'd like! There is a three night minimum for your stay. Most guests have told us that they will be arriving on Thursday, December 2,2021. We will have activities planned from Friday, December 3 - Sunday, December 5.

When should I request my passport?

Answer

Typically, processing a new passport takes 4-6 weeks or 2-3 weeks for expedited; however, these ranges can be dependent on the time of year. We strongly suggest applying for your passport as soon as possible. You can get the most up to date information at travel.state.gov. If you already have a passport, please be sure that it is valid for 6 months after your travel dates.

What if I have any dietary restrictions?

Please let us know any dietary restrictions beforehand, so we can inform our wedding coordinator to accommodate your request accordingly.

Can I bring my child/children?

Answer

Secrets Wild Orchid is an adult only all inclusive. Unfortunately, all patrons of the resort have to be 18+.
