Lorene was Joyce's loving Mother and best friend. Lorene was a big part of Joyce & Eric's wedding, and life together. Lorene "MawMaw" would have been thrilled to have been sharing in this special day.

Caddy "Grandmommie" Mathews, at age 94, is still a strong, happy and healthy loving Mother to Virgial Eric. Caddy moved to Houston and her daughter, Sue Ellen, met Joyce. If not for this move, Joyce & Eric would have never met. Caddy lived her life with her loving devoted husband, Capper Mathews, who is Joyce's Uncle.
VIRGIAL LONG
Father of the Groom
Virgial Long was Eric's father and namesake. Virgial was a part of Joyce and Eric's special day, and continued to be a big part of their family life as PawPaw, until his passing in 1997. Virgial lived in Louisiana.
BARBARA KAY BECK
Maid of Honor
Barbara is Joyce's sister & friend. Barbara is married to her wonderful husband Royce, of 47 years, and they have two sons, Adam Geoffrey & Andy Ryan.
JUDY FREEMAN
Bridesmaid
Judy & Joyce grew up together and are long-time friends and cousins. Judy lives in Burleson, Texas with her husband Jim. They share a wonderful life together with their three children: Tina, Deanna & Stephen.
PEGGY KUNKEL
Bridesmaid
Peggy and Joyce grew up as best friends, and also happen to be cousins. Peggy lives in Houston, Texas, and continues to remain a close part of Joyce's life. She shared her life with her wonderful loving husband, Marvin, and their two daughters, Kimberly Kay and Karen Kathleen.
SHERYL DIANE O'BRYAN
Flower Girl
Sheryl is Joyce's cherished niece. She was a part of Joyce & Eric's special day, and continues to be a part of their life. Sheryl is married to her husband Jim, and they share two boys: Nicholas Aaron & James, Jr.
JON DAVID GOWER
Ring Bearer
Jon is Sheryl's older brother, Joyce's nephew. Jon is a caring man who continues a strong relationship with Joyce & Eric. Jon's and his wife, Stepanie, have two children: Devin Andrew & Danielle Marie. They reside in Spring, Texas.
INGRID GOWER
Honor Attendant
Ingrid is the loving wife of Joyce's brother, Jimmy. She is Joyce & Eric's dear friend, and one whom they consider a sister. Ingrid & Jimmy live at Lake Conroe, Texas.
DEBBIE GOWER

Debbie is married to Joyce's brother, Thomas. Debbie has become a close friend and sister to Joyce and Eric. She and Thomas reside in Spring, Texas and share their life with their children, Sheryl O'Bryan & Jon Gower.
JOEL ROBERT LONG
Best Man
Joel is Eric's only brother, and continues to be a loving part of Eric's life. Joel is a caring brother, who has always been a strong influence on Eric. Joel lives in Arkansas with his wife Rebekah, and they share three beautiful children: Aaron, Kyle & Monica.
VERBIA LONG
Groomsman
Uncle Verbia is Eric's Uncle. He stood as a groomsman for Eric and well into his 90's today, Uncle Verbia is still a very active and vibrant part of Eric and Joyce's life. Uncle Verbia lives in Louisiana with his wife, Barbara.
THOMAS GOWER
Honor Attendant
Thomas is Joyce's brother and was a part of the wedding as he walked the bride down the aisle, giving her away. Joyce has always looked up to Thomas, and is thankful to still be a part of his life today.
JIMMY GOWER

Jimmy is Joyce's brother, and has always been a positive role model for his sisters and brother. Jimmy was a part of Joyce and Eric's special day, and continues to be a loving part of their life. Jimmy has given Joyce and Eric two nephews: Ron and Roger.
SUE ELLEN KOOP

Sue met Joyce in school, and "introduced" her brother to Joyce as he served in the armed forces. This is the very story of "HOW THEY MET." Sue is married to her wonderful supportive husband, Fred, and they reside in Bedias, Texas. Sue and Fred continue to be a very big part of Joyce and Eric's life.

Sherry is Eric's oldest sister, and is a loving and precious part of his and Joyce's life. Sherry and her husband Roderick were blessed with two children, Rod and Stephanie. Sherry lives in North Carolina.
