. The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at two venues across Hyatt Lost Pines. The ceremony will take place at Shady Grove, and the reception will take place at Wildflower Pavilion. We will provide guests with updates if we need to change locations due to weather concerns. There is a map of the locations on the "Schedule Tab". We are so excited to have our wedding at Hyatt Lost Pines! There is an array of other activities that guests can enjoy during their visit. Gage is particularly excited for the lazy river and the golf course! There are plenty of dining options available on site, but Austin is only a short drive away as well!
For our friends and family who are flying into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Hyatt is a little under 30 minutes drive (if traffic is normal). Uber and Lyft are popular options around Austin, but there are also plenty of car rental options available at the airport as well.
Attire for the wedding celebration is Garden-Cocktail. The weather in Texas in late October is generally very comfortable, but it's hard to make that guarantee with Texas :) The weather this week looks perfect! Highs in the mid-80s and lows in the 60's. We recommend bringing a cozy light jacket in case it gets chillier in the evening. The wedding ceremony will take place outside, a short walk away from the reception. Wear shoes that you'll be comfortable walking and dancing in.
