Fees: 2 – 4 hours $9 4-12 hours $11 Fleet Parking Garage: Located on Fleet Street and Potomac passage, this garage is the closest to the Commercial pier and is convenient for National Harbor Marina access as well. Mariner Parking Garage: Located at Waterfront Street and Mariner Passage, this garage is conveniently located near the National Harbor Marina.
