This is where our ceremony, reception, and morning-after brunch will take place, so you will be right in the center of all the celebrations. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for our wedding guests through May 1, 2026. After this date, availability is not guaranteed, as February is a busy season at the resort and rooms tend to fill quickly. Coyaba is offering our guests a special flat rate of $460 per night per couple if you book before the May 1. 2026, cutoff date. This rate includes all food and beverages during your stay, along with access to three restaurants, two bars, a pool, and the beach. To reserve your room, please call 473-444-4612 before May 1, 2026, and mention the Roberts wedding. The first payment for the room will be due by August 15 and the remaining balance will be due by December 15.
