Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online by Friday, December 20, 2024. In order to do so, please click on "RSVP" on this wedding website.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive by 12:45 pm, as the ceremony will start at 1:00 pm sharp.

Question

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held in the stunning Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, our spiritual home. The address is 7 West 55th St, New York, NY 10019. The ceremony will be held in the grand sanctuary on the first floor, and the reception in the beautiful Bonnell Hall on the second floor.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal attire.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is not provided by the church, and on-street parking around the church is scarce. There is a "standing only" area immediately in front of the 55th Street entrance where limousines may be parked during the service if the driver remains with the car. There is also a public parking garage on 55th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. We recommend that, if possible, wedding guests use public transportation.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. We know how cold it is in New York City during the winter time! The church has a beautiful terrace, Weber Terrace, which is located on the 7th floor. If the weather permits, during the time between ceremony and reception, you can feel free to take the elevator to Weber Terrace. You can stretch your legs, breathe some winter air, and enjoy a beautiful view there. If you choose to do so, don't forget to put on your winter coat!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, we are delighted to welcome children to the ceremony and reception. For our family and friends who have children, we have already added your children to the guest list. If you plan to bring your children, kindly RSVP for them online here. We will have a children's corner during the reception in Bonnell Hall, where children can enjoy some coloring books and games. We have also prepared special wedding favors for our little guests. We appreciate all the children, and hope they will have fun!

Question

Is the church handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, there are elevators available in the church.

Question

Will you two sing during your wedding?

Answer

Yes. :) Earlier this year, we received a lot of positive feedback for our recital "Melodies of Joy and Love: Celebrating Winter Birthdays." During our wedding reception, we will offer a small vocal recital "Melodies of Joy and Love: The Vow for a Lifetime." This wedding is not only about us, but also about everyone who cares about us. We appreciate the love and support from our family and friends, and we would love to treat you all with tasty food and beautiful music!
