Am I invited to the church?

Answer

As a result of COVID-19, we are unable to host all of our friends and family at the church. At this time, we have reduced our guest list to immediate family and our bridal party and will stream our ceremony online for those who cannot attend.

Due to social gathering limits, we would prefer if it was just you.

What precautions are you taking at church?

We are paying close attention to and abiding by City of Toronto public health guidelines. Hand sanitizer and disposable face masks will be available on-site and guests are encouraged to wear them. Please note, there will be no communion service during the ceremony.

Is there parking at the church?

Yes. Free parking is available in the parking lot behind the church.

What is happening after the church cermony?

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to hold the reception we originally planned. That said, we plan to celebrate with everyone when it is safe to do so. Please stay tuned for details.

Is it safe to attend a wedding during COVID-19?

Answer

Covid-19 is an ever-evolving situation. We are monitoring public health guidelines closely and making adjustments day by day. Currently, in Ontario, crowds of 100 people are allowed to gather outdoors. Indoors, social gathering is limited to 30 per cent of the venue capacity. That said, we feel strongly that no one should be expected to attend an in-person gathering right now. If you are high-risk or uncomfortable attending an in-person gathering, we completely understand and will share a link to the live stream closer to our wedding day.
