A great park with various attractions (Japanese Tea Garden, SF Botanical Garden), museums (California Academy of Science, De Young), and nature walks. We recommend grabbing food in the nearby Inner Sunset neighborhood. Some of our favorites are: Pineapple King Bakery, Izakaya Sozai, and San Tung.
We go to church on Valencia Street in the Mission, so we get to walk around here every Sunday. Our favorite cafes here are Haus Coffee and Ritual Coffee. Our favorite after church food are La Taqueria, Arizmendi, Garden Creamery, Taishoken, Senor Sisig, Souvla.
The Ferry Building is a great central stop to see the Bay, it includes the ferry schedule and various shops! On Saturdays, they have a farmer's market with various vendors, but please go to Roli Roti for the porchetta sandwich (it's a must try!).
