What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and a golf cart ride to the ceremony site. All guests must be seated by 2:55 PM sharp. Doors will close at that time, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony. We don’t want you to miss this beautiful moment--so please plan ahead and account for possible traffic delays!

Should I bring cash?
Answer
Yes, please bring cash! You'll need it for drinks during the reception, tipping the bartenders, and for the money dance if you'd like to join in :) The bartenders also accept Venmo, but cards won’t be accepted.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
During cocktail hour, we’ll have an open bar with beer and wine available for everyone to enjoy. Once we head into the reception, the bar will switch to a cash bar--so don’t forget to bring cash if you’d like to keep sipping! The bartenders also accept Venmo, but cards won’t be accepted. Cheers!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in the same general area. The entire celebration will be held outdoors, so we encourage you to stay hydrated and seek out shade as needed to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Transportation will not be provided, so please plan ahead if you intend to drink. We kindly ask that you monitor your alcohol consumption and arrange for a designated driver if needed. Your safety—and the safety of others—is incredibly important to us.

Formal. Think 1920s Met Gala in the English countryside. Italian vintage glam vibe, with a modern twist. Don't be afraid to go all out! Graceful silhouettes, ruffles, silk, delicate embroidery, velvet, or pearl accents are all welcomed. But no pressure! What time does the reception end?

The reception will wrap up promptly at 10:00 PM, with last call for drinks at 9:00 PM. Be sure to grab your final sip and soak up every last moment on the dance floor!

Yes! A seating chart will be displayed as you enter the reception area. Simply find your name, note your table number, and make your way over to enjoy the evening!

We invite you to be fully present with us at our ceremony. We kindly ask that you turn off your phone and keep it in your bag or pocket. We look forward to sharing professional photographs when they are ready.

While we absolutely adore children, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We are hoping to create an intimate atmosphere and focus on sharing this special day with our closest friends and family. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What type of shoes should I wear?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on grass, so please keep in mind that stilettos may sink into the ground. The rest of the evening will be on a solid stone surface. Wear whatever feels comfortable so you can fully enjoy the night—especially on the dance floor! And if that means kicking off your shoes, go for it—we won’t mind one bit. :)
