Airport Shuttle Rides

If you booked a room under our room block with Destination Weddings, please look out for an email in your inbox from Irene (igarvin@destinationweddings.com). She should be getting in contact with you to book a shuttle ride to and from the airport to the resort. If you booked directly with the hotel or a 3rd party vendor, please ensure you have a shuttle ride booked prior to arriving at the airport. Welcome Party Attire

Beach Night 🌊 We’ll be celebrating right on the beach, so plan your footwear accordingly—sandals or flip flops are recommended, and going barefoot is totally encouraged once you arrive. Heels aren’t beach-friendly and may be tricky in the sand. Dress code is relaxed and coastal. Think Greek beachwear: • Flowy dresses, skirts, or elevated casual sets for the girls • Linen pants or shorts with breezy, beachy button-ups for the guys (This exact theme is not required. It’s just here to help provide ideas if you’re unsure of what to wear) 😊 Hats, sunglasses, and no shoes are completely welcome!!

Garden Party on the Beach Females: Please dress in formal attire with a focus on light, airy fabrics, fun textures, cheerful bright colors & floral print; think elegant summer dresses, pastel shades & sunset colors. Males: Dress attire *Shoes required for all guests. No hats.

Resort Dinner Reservations

All on-site restaurants are walk-in only and do not accept reservations, with the exception of Lemongrass Hibachi. If you’d like to secure a reservation at the hibachi restaurant, please be sure to request it during your check-in at the front desk.

PASSPORTS
Answer
Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport book to travel internationally. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date, and be free from any rips, stains, or watermarks.

*Adults-Only Wedding
Answer
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask for our wedding to be an adults-only celebration. However, we’ve chosen a kid-friendly resort if you’d like to turn this into a family getaway! We’d love for you to enjoy a wonderful vacation together—just the ceremony and reception will be for grown-ups only.
