We're getting married!!

We met our freshman year of high school and became best friends before we ever imagined we’d be anything more. By sophomore year, we realized there was something special between us, and we’ve been together ever since. After high school, life took us in different directions— Vonna went to college in Ohio, and Sam joined the military. Most of our relationship has been long-distance, filled with phone calls, countdowns, care packages, and summers spent in new places together. Every time we said goodbye, we knew it was just until the next hello. One of the most unforgettable moments came during Vonna's senior day. Surrounded by family, friends, and teammates, Sam walked out to the pitcher’s mound and proposed—right where so many memories had already been made. Now, after years of growing together (and apart), we’re so ready for this next chapter. Whether it’s in a new city, another country, or wherever life leads us, we can’t wait to build a life together—finally in the same place.
