Jovanna and Bradley met at the end of their freshman year of college (Go Bobcats!) through a mutual friend in Milledgeville, GA. With only a few weeks to get to know each other before summer break, Bradley asked Jovanna out on a first date, with a plan to go eat and see the stars over Sunset Fields. They spent the next few hours talking and learning about each other as they watched the stars on a beautiful and clear night. Going out at night and watching the stars quickly became their favorite thing to do together! That summer they stayed in contact even from across the world. They started dating a few weeks into their sophomore year on September 5, 2018. As the years passed, they got to experience so many chapters of life with one another, such as college graduation, first jobs, first apartments, and living together. After being together for 7 years, Bradley finally proposed to Jovanna back at the location of their first date on April 11, 2025! They are so incredibly excited to celebrate with their closest friends and family on September 12, 2026. What started out as friendship between two different people blossomed into a beautiful love story.
