We met at a tailgate at Michigan State University in 2015. He had just crossed Phi Beta Sigma and my sorority sister introduced us. Our first interaction was brief, and we didn't realize the impact we would have on each others lives years down the line. We became friends on socials but didn't talk much after that. In 2020 we started liking and commenting on each others stories more frequently and one day Stephen took a leap of faith and asked for my number. We talked but sis was enjoying her Hot girl summer too much to take anyone seriously. Stephen was so sweet and never pushed too hard which I loved. Months went by after our initial conversation, so I waited for him to post and messaged him asking what happened to us going on a date. We went out twice that weekend and haven't separated since. 3 weeks after our first date he asked me to be his girlfriend and now two years later here we are :)
