What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 2:30 PM, to allow time to park and find your seat. Any guests arriving after the ceremony start time will not be permitted into the venue until the ceremony concludes.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal—think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or slacks with a blazer. We kindly ask that guests avoid casual clothing like jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers and white/shades of white, which is reserved for the bride.

Will this event be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All components of our special day will be outdoors. Some areas such as the bar and dining area are covered and insulated in the event of inclement weather.

What will the weather be like?

Average temperatures for May in Grants Pass are typically mid 70s - low 80s.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate shuttles for our guests. The venue is approximately 15 minutes south of Grants Pass, and Uber/Lyft into town is available. If you plan on drinking at the reception, please ensure you have a sober driver, or an alternate safe ride home. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight, and can be picked up the next morning after 10:00am.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is room for approximately 50 vehicles at the venue. Please carpool when available to ensure every guest has a place to park.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly a gift to us in itself! If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund for our first adventure together as a married couple, you can find details for how to contribute under the "registry" section of our website. Alternatively, we are also registered at Crate & Barrel and Anthropologie.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! Additionally, the venue is approximately 15 minutes south of Grants Pass. It is imperative that you arrange a safe ride home, utilize Uber/Lyft, or elect a sober driver. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight, and can be picked up the next morning after 10:00am.

Can I bring my children?

We politely request that there are no children at our wedding. While we love children, this will be an adults only event.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to venue occupancy and budget constraints, plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where can we stay while we are in town?

Answer

There are a lot of Airbnbs in the Grants Pass area. There are also several hotels in Grants Pass as well, going through Booking.com is recommended for the best price point.

When should I RSVP by?

In order to get an accurate headcount for our wedding, please RSVP no later than April 30, 2026.
