FAQs

The Wedding Website of Joud Deeb and Anthony Petrossian
If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to Joud & Anthony, thank you!
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off and a chance for you to let loose a little! Feel free to bring the kiddos to the ceremony! However, please note that the hospitality hour, cocktail hour, and reception are adult only affairs. Thank you for your cooperation!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel & Accommodations" tab on our website. We will not be blocking out hotel rooms, so please feel free to use the suggestions we have on our website for the nearest hotels, or you could simply do a Google search to find one that suites you. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Will there be transportation provided for wedding guests?

Answer

Transportation will only be available for the bride and groom, their immediate families, as well as the bridal party. Please plan to make your own transportation accommodations to/from the ceremony, venue, and the hotel you're staying at, if applicable. Ride sharing options that are safe, convenient, and affordable include Uber and Lyft.

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

Kindly mail back your RSVP card to us by Sunday, April 10, 2022. Please don't forget to put your names on the RSVP card, so we know who responded!

Question

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 1:00pm to St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, located in Bellmore, New York.

Question

May we take photos on our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put all cellphones and electronic devices away during our ceremony, and enjoy the moment with us! We will happily share professional photos from our photographer once we receive them!

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, black tie preferred. Tuxedos and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. The church has an ample amount of parking space in the parking lot across the street, as well as on the surrounding side streets. The venue will have valet parking for all of our guests, or you can self park in the parking lot.
