We met at a bonfire and we immediatly clicked. Austin moved away but we kept in contact here and there over Facebook. He came to visit for his sister's wedding where I happened to be. After asking me to dance a dozen times, I finally said yes and we had the time of our lives. Austin went back to Illinois the next day and for a year we both tried to let each other go but we couldn't. Austin and my amazing mother in law surprised me by flying Austin down for the weekend. We spent the weekend together and we haven't spent a moment apart since!
I already knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with Austin the moment we danced. I always said I would rather spend money on a down payment for a house before a ring or wedding. He did just that. We bought our house and a few months later he got a ring. Everyone came over for what I thought was a housewarming party but it was actually for our proposal! He asked me in front of our favorite people and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I am so grateful and I can't wait to marry my best friend!
Please RSVP as soon as possible, thank you!
