FAQs

Question

Do you have a wedding registry? Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

We are lucky enough to have nearly everything we need for this new chapter together and we kindly request no physical gifts. If you wish to give, a monetary contribution towards our future will be received with love.

Question

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Please note that if you have been given a plus-one, it will be indicated on your RSVP card and reflected when you RSVP on our website. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate any additional guests. There will be security at the venue, and only guests on the guest list will be allowed entry. Please be sure to RSVP — unlisted guests will not be admitted.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate a select number of children from our immediate and extended family. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. If your child is invited, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

YES! Head to the Dress Code tab for outfit inspiration and a list of colors we’d love our guests to wear! We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes, floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal gowns. For men this includes suit and tie or dress pants and dress shirt (please no jeans or T-shirt’s).

Question

Are there any colors i should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly request that ladies avoid wearing attire in white, ivory, champagne, or cream tones, and that gentlemen refrain from wearing black.

Question

what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. Per our venues policy, the driver of each vehicle must present a valid photo ID at the gate. No ID, no entry.

Question

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will food and beverage be provided?

Answer

A full dinner will be provided during the reception. An open bar will be available until 9:00 PM, after which a cash bar will be offered for guests who wish to keep the celebration going.

Question

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely, while also being able to enjoy yourself. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight, and pick them up the following day.

Question

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

The deadline is Feb 1st.

Question

What if i don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by February 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, or drink accommodations for you)

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, Please notify Jossie or Joshua as soon as you are aware.
