What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

PLEASE BE AT CHURCH (SEE ADDRESS IN SCHEDULE TAB) AT 3 PM. THE CEREMONY STARTS AT 3:15 PM Please make sure you calculate the time from your hotel or Airbnb to the church to ensure you are arriving on time. If you are a part of the wedding party then please check in with groom or bride, you would be traveling with them to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress formal. (Business casual or upscale: collared shirts, blouses, slacks, dresses or skirts and shorts for men) **Not allowed: Graphic tees with offensive language, symbols or images. Excessively revealing clothing (sheer fabrics) All white clothing is not allowed. (Only allowed for collared shirts with vest or suit) **

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there will be free parking at the ceremony & reception location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Since the ceremony and reception is in the same place, you will just need to take a car service to the event and back to your hotel.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. We are not incorporating any bar services. The reception will be at our church, and we want to keep it formal and respectful. There will be non-alcoholic drinks allowed like soda, tea, water, lemonade!

When should I arrive?

We suggest our guests to arrive July 17th-19th! But it's totally up to you and how long you'd like to stay in Vegas!

How is the weather in vegas?

Answer

During July, the weather gets VERY hot! Normally the temperature goes up to 100+ degrees. It is dry wind, and no humidity. So just prepare yourselves for a hot day! Stay hydrated and keep cool! Our wedding will be indoors, but for the wedding party photos they will be outdoors.
