What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue is in the Central time zone and the ceremony begins at 4:15pm (Central). Please arrive at or before that time to secure a seat!

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is formal/garden party. No need to go all out, but gentlemen should avoid jeans and ladies should avoid short dresses/skirts. lt will be a colorful, spring wedding!

Where can I stay the night, if I so wish?

The venue website has a list of surrounding lodging and activities. https://www.mountainwillowmanor.com/getting-around/ Most folks who plan on staying the night will likely have good luck finding a hotel/Airbnb in Kimball, Lookout Mountain, or Chattanooga. May I bring a date/friend?

Answer

Unless specified on your invite, we will not be able to accommodate extra guests. We are working with a semi-strict guest number and want everyone to have access to seats, food, and the bride and groom.

Are children invited?

Answer

Outside of immediate family whose children are involved in the ceremony, no. Again, we are only able to host so many guests at the venue, which includes a large, unsupervised pond. We love kids dearly, but want to encourage couples with children to use this wedding as an opportunity to spend time with their spouses. If this stipulation makes it too difficult or impossible for you to attend, we want you to know that we love and appreciate you so much and hope to celebrate with you and your family at another time!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 10th. If you need to change your RSVP status after March 10th due to unforseen reasons, please reach out to the bride or groom directly so that we may adjust plans accordingly.

Will there be bar service?

Answer

There will be some beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks available in coolers, as well as two specialty cocktails. There will be no bar service. Once the drinks are gone, they are gone. Please drink responsibly.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes. There are several lots on-site. Carpooling is still encouraged to save space and gas!
