Tamara and Josie met in Medicine Hat College during Josie's second year there. They were both playing for the Rattlers Volleyball team. Josie tried her best not to like Tamara because she thought she was going to be a threat to her playing time. Within the first week they were inseparable. They lived together for a short time in Josie's apartment and then in Julies house. After college, even though Tamara moved to Mexico to teach, they never missed a beat.

Justine and Josie are sisters two years apart. Growing up together with their brother Austin on the farm was one of the most amazing experiences that has shaped Josie into the person she is today. Although many times through the teen years Justine was annoyed that her little sister was "following her around" and friends with her friends, Justine and Josie made it through as best friends. Justine always picked Josie up when she was down and supported her through all her big life decisions. Now we get to experience another big milestone together.

Olivia is Josie's "little sister". From the day she was born they were thick as thieves, alway scheming to try to hangout with each other. With a wild imagination and only living 13 miles from each other, the two of them were joined at the hip. Which only grew with time as they also grew up skating together and travelling across Canada to summer school and competitions.

Christy is Travis's sister and Josie's future sister in law. Josie was so pumped to add another sister to her family. Christy has always been so inviting and kind since Travis and Josie met. The gang of Christy, Nathan, Travis and Josie have already made so many memories together travelling and hanging out. Can't wait to make many more.

Kaitlyn is Josie's honorary sister-in-law. They met shortly after Josie's brother Austin and Kaitlyn started dating and brought a wonderful little addition into the family; her daughter Paisley. Kaitlyn is such a kind and sweet-hearted person, it is always a blast coming back home to visit both Kaitlyn and Paisley.

Nathan and Travis met 18 years ago when Nate started dating Christy, Travis’s sister. As the protective younger brother, Travis wasn’t exactly rolling out the welcome mat at first. But over time, something changed. Not only did they become close, they became best friends, and eventually, brothers-in-law. These days, Nate’s the guy Travis turns to for just about everything. And now, he’s honoured to have him by his side for another unforgettable moment.

Travis met Jordan shortly after moving to Red Deer. He moved into Jordan's house and lived there until he bought a dog and had to buy a house for him and his new dog to live in. They have been on countless mountain trips and a few trips out of country with the next trip being the biggest one yet!

Lee and Travis met when Travis lived in Australia. Lee hired Travis for his first bartending job and they eventually lived together. Lee took Travis under his wing and he wouldn't be who he was today without him. Their most recent trip to Bali is a core memory that Travis will hold closely forever.

Blake is Travis' longest friend. They grew up next door neighbours and have been best friends since they could walk. Living in different towns these days they don't get to spend as much time together as they would like but travis couldn't imagine getting married without Blake by his side!

Erick and Travis met when Erick started at the city. Rick moved in with Travis the day he bought a house and lived together for 4 years until Josie gave him the boot. Travis and Josie will always think of Ricky as their first born boy.. we love you Ricky!!
