CAN WE BRING OUR KIDS?

Answer

Our wedding reception will be adults only. All other events; barefoot bowls & golf, will be kid friendly. Being a destination wedding we also understand that some couples may have another family member travel with them to look after the kids, they're more than welcome to come to these events also. If they wish to play bowls or golf just send a separate message to Josie so we can provide the venues with correct numbers. Please reach out to Josie if you have any questions.

HOW DO WE GET TO AND FROM THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle bus will pick up from 4 locations in Mudgee town centre. Bus will be available to guests at the end of the evening at 11:00pm and last bus at 11:45pm. Taxis may be accessed at anytime, which the venue staff can arrange on your behalf if required.

The bus will pick up from the below locations: - THE HORATIO - PERRY ST HOTEL - ST MATTHEWS SCHOOL BUS BAY - THE BREWERY Exact times will be confirmed closer to the date.

WHAT IF WE DON'T WANT TO GET THE BUS AND WE WANT TO DRIVE?

Formal Summery Garden Party. It will be warm, but we still ask you to dress up for our big day!

Last songs and last drinks will be at 11:30pm with the last bus departing shortly after at 11:45pm.

DO WE HAVE TO COME TO ALL EVENTS?

Answer

Not at all required. Being a destination wedding we wanted to catch up with everyone over the course of the weekend, but there is no pressure at all to attend the bowls or golf. It's just open to anyone and everyone who is keen.
