The two of us met when we were freshmen at Western Oregon University. We had lots of fun hanging out together despite being restricted to our dorms and a small town that neither of us were very familiar with. We liked to get frozen yogurt at our dining hall, go for walks around campus, and show each other our favorite Netflix shows and movies. Jumping into a serious relationship was not on our list of priorities at the time, especially since we were both trying to navigate college life, living far away from our families for the first time, and many other new experiences but some people believe that love happens when you aren't looking for it. For us, this rings true. We graciously and serendipitously fell into each other's lives and we have not looked back since.
