This event will be cocktail attire. While it is not required, we encourage our guests to wear black.
We ask our guests to enjoy this as an "evening away" for yourself. Due to limited venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless kids are specifically in the wedding party.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 p.m. and be seated no later than 4:15 p.m. so that we may begin on time. Doors will be closed at 4:15 p.m. Please be sure to map out your drive time from your accommodations to our venue to arrive on time for the ceremony. Keep in mind that Friday afternoon traffic in the Fort Worth/Weatherford area can be heavy, so we kindly recommend allowing extra travel time to account for possible delays.
Our hotel room blocks are available at a discounted rate until February 26, 2026. We kindly encourage you to reserve your stay before this date, as room availability and special rates cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
