We're getting married!

Our story began on Halloween at Michigan State University, an evening filled with costumes, laughter, and the unexpected spark of something extraordinary. But the real magic of that night was thanks to our matchmaker, Vanessa —Josie’s college roommate and Josh’s high school friend—who made sure our paths crossed and began what would become a beautiful journey. From the moment we met, we both felt something special. It was a connection that was undeniable. From that point on, we were inseparable. Every other weekend, we would make the drive between MSU and Kzoo, something that became one of our favorite things. The drives were always filled with anticipation, excitement, and the joy of being together. We were so grateful to have friends and family supporting us along the way, knowing that each visit, each trip, was another step in our adventure. As we graduated and dreamed of our future, we decided to take a bold step and move to Nashville. For three amazing years, Music City became our new home. We embraced its energy, met incredible people, and built lasting friendships. We were fortunate to have family & friends visit often, creating lifelong memories with them during our Broadway weekends. But the best part of our time in Nashville was adopting Brew, our playful pup, who became the heart of our home and made us feel even more surrounded by love. Then, in 2024, we decided to start fresh in Cincinnati. Moving to a new city brought its challenges, but it also allowed us to grow together in new ways. Through every twist and turn, our love has been a constant, strengthened by the support of those we hold dear. Our relationship has been filled with adventure, laughter, shared dreams, and the unwavering loyalty to each other. We believe that home has become wherever we are together.
