Is there a special room rate?

Yes. Call the hotel to reserve and note that you are with the Welsh Wedding. You should receive our special room block rate.

When should I book?

Please book as soon as possible to guarantee you receive the special room and get the best price on flights.

Will there be multiple wedding activities?

Answer

If you are a guest, you just need to be ready to celebrate with us on Saturday March 28 from about 4-10 pm. Ceremony begins at 5. Otherwise, take the time to explore Flagstaff and the beautiful activities in Northern Arizona.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children, but want all of us parents to be able to relax and enjoy our special night, sans little ones! We respectfully request an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a date?

Your Save the Date and Wedding Invitation are addressed specifically to whom we are hoping can attend. If you have any clarifying questions, please text us.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible here on the site! No need to wait until the Invitation arrives. The earlier the better for our planning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are not super formal, as you know. Attire can be considered "cocktail attire" or "dressy casual". Please note the weather FAQ when considering your attire.

What will the temperature be?

Answer

While Phoenix runs hot, Flagstaff is completely different. Average high in March is 53 degrees and the average low is 23 degrees. Please plan your attire accordingly! Our ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.
