I need help booking my hotel

Answer

If your guests would like assistance with booking, they may email me using the subject line “Book a Hotel –Plan #1352432 Rutter - Chavarria” and must cc ejosiechavarria@gmail.com on the email. As a friendly reminder, I do receive a high volume of hotel booking requests, and typical response times are ~5 business days. If full payment is not received within 48 hours, I will need to re-check the room rates, as they can fluctuate and change daily. All rates are non-refundable and non-transferable upon booking. This allows us to offer you the lowest possible rates. Price includes taxes and fees. Resort fees are not included & paid directly to the hotel upon check in.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! The wedding and reception dinner will happily accommodate children. Just keep in mind that some of the other activities you may want to enjoy while in Vegas may be adults-only.

Will there be adult beverages?

Answer

Yes! There will be alcohol available, along with plenty of non-alcoholic drink options. Whether you choose to drink or not, everyone is welcome and there’s absolutely no pressure either way.

Answer

Please RSVP about a week before the wedding so we can get an accurate headcount for dinner. If you’re not able to make it, no worries at all — we completely understand!
