Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests are arrived and seated at least 15 min before the ceremony starts to avoid disruptions. If you arrive late, do not enter and disrupt the ceremony, we will see you at the reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. We ask that guests RSVP before 08.05.26. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendor's cut off dates.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

All guests will be addressed on the invitation. If it says "and guest", then absolutely! If not, the invitation is only to those listed on it.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation specifically says your family. However, with that being said, we ask that parents and guardians are keeping a watchful eye on their children and that they remain close to them. There is also a small playground on site for the kids to enjoy during the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on the left side right after you enter the property. It will be marked.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, however we are providing the alcohol ourselves not through a bar service so if the bar runs out then it's just out. (So make sure to RSVP asap so we can calculate how much to buy to keep the party going all night!)

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be having Parmesan Crusted Chicken or Ham with garlic bread and mac and cheese for sides. Make sure to RSVP on time so that you will have a plate!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

At the very beginning of the ceremony, guests will have 30 seconds to take pictures however after that we will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony so we ask that devices be put away for the rest of the time. Our photographer (who we payed lots of money to take beautiful pictures) has been instructed to tell anyone who has their phone out to put it away. We also ask that NOTHING BE POSTED until AFTER the bride and groom have made their first post announcement. Once at the reception, please snap some photos, take videos, and send them to us to help of remember the night!

Question

Can I ask the photographer to take a couple pictures of my family?

Answer

Pictures are extremely important to the bride and would like the photographer focused on capturing our special day. If the picture is with the bride and groom, absolutely! But we do ask that guest don't use our photographer for family photos during our day!
