Maid of Honor
When Alyssa looks at Erin, it’s like staring at a mirror (besides the red hair). They are soul sisters in every form—like being so Type A that they plan vacations to the minute. After meeting through the Josie and Phil pipeline, Erin and Alyssa made it their life’s goal to adventure everywhere—and drag their significant others with them. It may have taken 22 years for them to cross paths, but Erin is the best friend Alyssa never knew she was missing. Erin has been there through the best and worst times, always knowing exactly what Alyssa needed—whether that was a girls’ trip to Acadia or Ben & Jerry’s on the couch.
Man of Honor
The man. The myth. The legend. The honor. A true friend is one you would do anything for, but expect nothing of. That must be why Phil is always fixing Josie's beloved 2009 Hyundai while she sits and watches patiently (thanks Phil). Being friends since high school, they have had a front row seat to each other's love stories and have been lucky enough to play such an integral role, both helping plan each other's engagements and standing by one another's side on the best day of their lives...Big Time Rush at the Big E. ...and their weddings!

Lauren is the elite bestie and co-parent of the one and only Snowball (the true ruler of their first apartment). Many nights were spent in the kitchen as baking partners, whipping up meals and treats, followed by settling in for hours of movies and binge-worthy TV. If there's a couch, a Disney movie, and orange chicken involved, Lauren and Alyssa are always down for “just one more episode.”
Bridesmaid
Being Josie's little sister means seeing her at all her best and worst moments, like standing by her side on her wedding day, and watching her cry of frustration while learning how to make oatmeal. (Only took 24 years, but she figured it out.) Gracie sacrificed herself to keep Josie's engagement plans a secret, further earning her role as a bridesmaid, even if she teases about wanting to be Alyssa's bridesmaid instead.
Bridesmaid
If Katherine and Alyssa couldn’t be found living in the same room, its because she was living next door. Throughout college, Katherine and Alyssa shared many memories from hosting weekly “Jane the Virgin” watch parties under blanket forts, to volleyball in the quad, to trying bizarre meals at the dining hall. Though, above all else, their favorite pastime was cursing themselves for registering for math courses involving more letters than numbers.
Bridesmaid
As Josie's little sister, Ashley is a built in best friend. They used to spend every night talking and giggling over things that probably weren't even funny. After nicknaming Josie "Tushy", her spot in the wedding party was suspended, but she worked her way back onto the roster by helping her sister move and visiting Josie and Alyssa for monthly dinners. Manual labor for the win!

Meet Kiersten: Alyssa’s ride-or-die tea-run companion. If there was a long drive involved, Kiersten was there- jamming to a diverse playlist that somehow jumped seamlessly from Broadway, to pop punk, to Disney. She is Alyssa’s biggest supporter of her niche interests, to the point of making her a personalized “Guess Who” board featuring her favorite animated characters. Kiersten also introduced Alyssa to Spikeball and is, the most elite Spikeball partner.
Bridesmaid
Lannie (aka Lennie) has been Josie's ride or die best friend since they met in 6th grade. They navigated growing up together - attending prom, applying for college, and finding ways to keep in touch with random trips to Taco Bell. They still save money to this day by being each others' therapists. Josie has envisioned Lannie as her bridesmaid since they were kids.
Bridesmaid
Hype girl? Bodyguard? Photographer? Proposal distraction? Alyssa can always count on Gwen for whatever she needs. They met naturally like any friends would in 2023…on Gwen’s first ever hiking trip, as she raced up the side of a mountain for Erin and Phil’s surprise engagement. Gwen is now an inducted member of the National Park Pals and played an integral role in Josie and Alyssa’s engagement.
Bridesmaid
A fellow business major at the University of New Haven, Paige and Josie suffered together through the allegations that they "took the easy way out". They understand each other in a way nobody else does, therefore, Alyssa gets a front row seat to Dumb and Dumber every time they're together. After Josie taught Paige how to ride a bike, she promised to repay the favor by being her bridesmaid.
Bridesmaid
Katie had exactly 2 months of peace and quiet before she was graced with Alyssa’s presence. The world knew people couldn’t handle just one of them, so it added Alyssa to keep the two of them in check. As lifelong best friends, they’ve had each other's backs through it all, from first crushes, to bad decisions, to endless sleepovers and facetime calls.
Bridesmaid
Josie's roommate through 4 years of college, Gab tracked Josie's location for 8 hours during her first date with Alyssa! (We know now that Alyssa isn't a catfish.) Gab and Josie navigated some of the most challenging years together through COVID, always finding ways to entertain themselves by searching for their dream houses on Zillow, binging crime TV, and trips to Moe's Southwest Grill.
Bridesmaid
Alyssa’s taste in music stems from Amanda, who spent her teenage years training her younger sister in punk rock and emo culture. When you give a mouse a cookie, it also wants to hang out in your room all day and bother you while you play video games. Alyssa continues to be Amanda’s favorite nuisance, while Amanda continues to be Alyssa’s favorite role model.
Bridesmaid
Jill was such a great bridesmaid in Erin and Phil's wedding, that Josie just had to poach her for her own! While they have been friends for a short period of time, Josie quickly decided Jill was a forever friend. Already having skied in the Rocky Mountains, hiked at Cuyahoga National Park, and visited the Chicago Laugh Factory together (as if Jill isn't the funniest person around), there are so many memories left to be made.
