Welcome Beach Bonfire
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
We would like to welcome our guests with a beach bonfire featuring drinks taco station, marshmallow toasts, with live music on the beach. There will be a shoe check station for your shoes if you choose to go barefoot. Please make sure your Excursion will have you returned to the resort by 5:00 pm

Rehearsal Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Women Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits. Men: dark jackets and slacks, collared/button-ups , Tommy Bahamas shirts with khakis. SHOES: There will be no sand or grass, so heels are safe for women - it is an astroturf garden area. Sandals and dress shoes requested.
Rehearsal dinner will be catered at the Garden Art Venue. Please make sure your Excursion will have you returned to the resort by 6:00 pm

Beach Ceremony
5:00 pm
Attire: Beach Formal - Women: Fancy Sundresses or Cocktail Dresses. Men: Suits Optional, Suits in Lighter Hues, Linen Suits, Khakis and Button-Ups are acceptable, Sport Coats preferred. No Jeans, please. There will be a shoe check station for your shoes if you choose to go barefoot.
The Beach Ceremony begins at 5:00pm promptly, please arrive by 4:30pm. Afterwards, there will be a cocktail hour on the beach before the reception. Please make sure your Excursion will have you returned to the resort by 3:00 pm, to allow for any unexpected traffic
Cocktail + Reception
6:00 pm
Attire: Beach Formal - Women: Fancy Sundresses or Cocktail Maxi Dresses. Men: Suits Optional, Sport Coats preferred, Khakis and Button-Ups are acceptable. No Jeans, please. SHOES: The Reception will be on the Pool Deck, not the beach, so please bring shoes for this portion of the night.
After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour set up on the beach with live music and hors d'oeuvres. Following, the reception will be held on the pool deck by the beach.
