Travel Note
If you plan to do any day trips (like seeing the coast, going to Mt. Hood, or doing a hike) we recommend renting a car. A rental car will allow you to see more of Portland too! However, Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the Portland Metro Area. Weather-wise, late May should be quite nice in the Pacific Northwest. Rain is never out of the question of course. Parking in Portland is generally pretty easy, but please try to keep your car as clear of valuables and visible items when you park in the city, or at any trailheads.
Travel Note
We recommend booking an AirBNB for the true Portland experience. Look at properties close to our venue in Northeast Portland for the best experience. Please reach out if you're unsure about locations.
Hotel
If you would like to stay at a hotel, we recommend staying at the Kennedy School. It's just a 15 minute walk from our wedding venue and embodies "Keep Portland Weird." It's a renovated school with a restaurant, movie theater, bars, and a soaking pool.
Hotel
This hotel is another great option, though a little further away. It has a lovely bar and restaurant and is located in downtown Portland.
Hotel
A bit of a bougier option, but really great location for access to the city and our wedding venue.
