What’s the dress code?
Answer
For Men: Plan on a dress shirt, tie, and suit jacket with proper slacks (yes, that means no jeans). Boots are totally fine as long as they’re the nice kind, not the ones that usually see mud. For Women: Think cocktail or midi dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or anything elegant without going full gala. Comfortable enough to enjoy the night, elevated enough to look great in photos. Keep in mind, the ceremony will be on grass. Our vision: Dress with confidence and intention. Think of this as an opportunity to look your absolute best; polished, stylish, and ready to create beautiful memories.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Yes, we have a registered on Amazon for ease of purchasing and delivery! If you go to our "Registry" page of the website and click "See Registry" it will take you to our Amazon store front where you can purchase gifts and they will be sent direct to us! No hassle or wrapping required!

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! Spruce Mountain Ranch offers ample parking for guests. While overnight parking is not permitted, all hotels listed on our travel page will provide convenient transportation to and from the venue.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We’re planning an adults-only reception to create a relaxed evening for everyone. A few families we’ve spoken with will have their newborns with them, but otherwise we kindly ask guests to join us for a child-free celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at 2:45 pm to allow for mingling and finding seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15 pm. Not 3:30, not 3:20, not 3:16, 3:15! If you aren’t in your seat by 3:15 please wait in the parking lot for the cocktail hour to begin at 4:15pm

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We will allow 1 minute for you to try your hand at the art of wedding photography at the start of the ceremony, after that we kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! If you insist yours are better, expect to receive our photographers bill!

Is there Transportation?

Complimentary transportation to and from Spruce Mountain Ranch is available for all guests staying at the hotels listed in our travel section.

Our venue offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a seamless celebration regardless of the weather. You and your guests will be comfortable and enjoy every moment, rain or shine.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, our catering team is committed to accommodating most food allergies and dietary restrictions. To ensure we can best meet your needs, please inform us of any special requirements well in advance. Please note that options may be more limited for complex dietary requests beyond standard vegan or vegetarian meals.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we'll be providing a complimentary open bar with a curated selection of beers and wines for all guests 21 and older to enjoy throughout our wedding celebration.
