We're Getting Married!

Breanna noticed Josiah first, from a distance, without knowing his story, she could see that he was a man after God's own heart. Josiah, on the other hand, was blissfully unaware that she existed at all. Even when they crossed paths and shared full conversations, those moments somehow slipped from his memory, waiting for their time to be remembered. Everything changed when they began serving together in youth ministry. It was there that Josiah truly saw Breanna for the first time. He noticed the sincere beauty and passion of the way she prays. Around that time, a simple conversation about hummingbirds and dreams of becoming teachers marked the moment they truly noticed one another. What seemed ordinary would soon be unforgettable. In June of 2023, their friendship began to grow—steady, intentional, and rooted in faith. Neither Breanna nor Josiah was searching for a relationship. Both had chosen to learn contentment in the Lord first, trusting Him fully with their hearts and futures, and it was in that surrender that God gently wove their stories together. By August, Josiah asked Breanna on a notdate (long story), and from there, the rest truly became history. First dance, first kiss, first firsts for the first time. What began as a close friendship blossomed into love built on prayer, purpose, and a shared devotion to Christ. On June 28, Josiah asked Breanna to spend forever with him, and she said yes (I know he's lucky). Now, they are in joyful preparation for a lifetime together, grateful for the blessing of marriage and the God who authored their love story from the very beginning.
