Can I Contact you directly with questions?

Yes! However, between November 8–15, 2025, we kindly ask that any questions not answered on our website be directed to Renae Newall at (360) 333-3848. This will allow the bride and groom to relax and enjoy their final days before the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Ceremony Information

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Guests arriving late will be asked to wait until the social hour to join. Please plan to arrive between 2:45 and 3:15 PM to allow time to park and find your seat.

Liquor Policy

Answer

Kindly be advised that the venue does not allow the consumption or service of hard liquor on the premises. If hard liquor is brought in from anyone in attendance, the bar will be closed for the remainder of the event. Please note that this includes tailgating.

Parking

There is parking at the venue, however if able please carpool to limit the amount of space taken up. All cars must vacate the premises by 10:30 pm. Due to venue policies, vehicles can not be left behind, please make necessary arrangements to prevent this from happening.

Can I Bring My Children/Child?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few children we have personally included. Thank you for your understanding as we look forward to celebrating with you.

Can I Bring a Guest?

The invitation will include the names of the guests invited. Due to space and venue restrictions, we are unable to invite everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll be able to join us!

What should I wear?

Formal Attire An occasion to wear your finest, whether it’s a treasured piece from your wardrobe or something new and special, we invite you to dress to impress.

What is considered formal wear?

Answer

Ladies... You can wear a floor length evening gown, but no one will think twice if you choose to wear a cocktail dress. You can also have a little more fun with a formal dress code, why not go for a bold pattern, bright color (Stay away from white...That's definitely on the side of too bold) or a striking silhouette. Gents... Let's be honest, you require less maintenance. Suits are awesome but you can also get away with a nice dress shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes. Essentially, leave your t-shirts, jeans/shorts, and tennis shoes at home.

When is the RSVP deadline?

To ensure proper arrangements, please note that food and seating will only be available for guests who have RSVP'd. Kindly respond by October 1st, 2025, so we can finalize our plans. Your RSVP will help us make this day truly special. We look forward to celebrating with you! If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we cannot guarantee you a seat at the wedding.
