Flight

U.S. guests should book flights into Madrid. Booking 2-6 months in advance is advised.

Please note, Segovia is about an hour's journey from Madrid. More details below. Flight Timing: The welcome event will be on Friday afternoon (October 2nd) at 4pm in Segovia, followed by the wedding on the 3rd. If you intend to join us for the welcome event, you should aim to arrive in Madrid on October 1st or the morning of the 2nd at the latest. You will then need to travel to Segovia. Standard hotel check in is at 3pm, but you can always call to see if you can check in early. If you cannot make the welcome event and will only attend the wedding, guests are advised to arrive in Segovia by the night of October 2nd at the latest. This likely means arriving in Madrid in the afternoon of October 2nd at the latest. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Segovia is a quick train ride from Madrid or just over an hour's drive. Please check back or reach out in February 2026 or later for more information on transportation recommendations between Madrid and Segovia.
