Discounted Room Block Open Until December 6th, 2024. **If any nights are showing sold out or unavailable on the link please call 407-827-6799 and say you are trying to book a room for Forbes/Williams wedding, there is still most likely a lot of room and you can still get the discounted rates!** We have selected the following Walt Disney World Resorts for you at a special rate. We have rooms on hold for guests from Jan 3rd-5th. However, you can book dates with the discounted room rates from Dec 28th-Jan 13th. If a hotel doesn’t have a date avalible you can call, keep checking, or hotel hop! If you plan on being there for New Year’s Eve or over marathon weekend (8th-12th) we recommend booking ASAP! If anyone wishes to book outside of our three selected wedding block hotels and choose to stay at a Disney owned and operated resort, or use DVC, please provide either the bride or groom with the guest's name, reservation number, resort, and dates of stay.
