Are you registered? Where?

Answer

YES! We have registered at several different places (and we're continuing to add to this). For convenience, most of our registry can be accessed on this website and ordered online! We will also be registering at some in-store options as well. We will let you know as soon as that is completed!

If your formal invitation reads, "And Guest", then we would love for you to bring a special someone!

We love kids!! Feel free to bring your littles, but please include them in your RSVP so that we can plan for them!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn and Stoney Creek Hotel are Independence, about a 25-30 minute drive from the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Rehearsal dinner will be Friday night before the wedding. Family and close friends will receive a separate invitation closer to the date. We are planning an “after party” at Kansas City Power and Light on Saturday night. There are no set plans for this, but anyone is welcome to come!

Are masks required?

Answer

Yes and no 😅 Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and we are fortunate to have a venue that is large enough to allow for social distancing between tables. Because of this, we will not be requiring guests to wear a mask. The only time we ask that you please wear a mask is while you are in line to get dinner. We will have disposable masks at the beginning of the line and we ask that you wear it over your nose and mouth while getting food. As always, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask you are 100% free to do so!
