We had just started our fall semester at WCU, and we both worked at Starbucks as baristas! Luckily, Josh and I worked a lot of the same shifts so we got to know each other quick. We planned to meet up at a football game tailgate one weekend and spent the whole time talking and hanging out. I think it is safe to say we've been inseparable since!

Our shared love for the mountains had us on a quick hike at Hanging Rock. As we got to the top of the mountain, we put our stuff down, took a few pictures, and then Josh proposed! It was so fun doing something we both loved, and experiencing that moment with just the two of us.
