During cocktail hour, we will be serving boiled shrimp, smoked salmon, spinach dip, meatballs, crackers and cheese, and a fresh fruit and vegetable platter.

Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring: - Beef tenderloin with bourbon mushroom sauce - Grilled marinated chicken breast - Roasted rosemary potatoes - Vegetable medley (broccoli, asparagus, green beans, yellow squash) - Caesar salad (dressing on the side) - Dinner rolls (French and Hawaiian)

In addition to the cake, there will be chips with salsa and guacamole, buffalo chicken, pretzels and queso dip, banana bread, peanut butter bars, brownies and homemade Chex mix.
