Please arrive by 1:30 PM so you have time to get settled. We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 1:50 PM so the ceremony can begin promptly.
We understand that life happens! If you arrive late, please still join us (we promise we won’t actually charge you $20 😉). Just be mindful of the ceremony in progress and follow the directions of our hosts/hostesses, who will help you find a seat discreetly.
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, space is limited. Only those listed on your invitation are invited. If you believe we accidentally left someone out, please reach out to us directly.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please plan accordingly if you have severe allergies.
Not at all—rain or shine, the celebration will be indoors.
If you’re not feeling well, we kindly ask that you stay home to protect the health of our loved ones.
Yes! We’d love to see the day through your eyes. Please just be respectful of our photographer and avoid stepping in their way.
Absolutely! We just ask that you wait until after we’ve had the chance to share first.
Please dress semi-formal (church-appropriate) and, if you’d like, choose colors from our palette: burgundy, purple, gold, or black. We kindly ask that you avoid white, ivory, or off-white dresses.
Please let us know as soon as possible. When you RSVP, we set aside a special place (and plate!) for you, so timely notice helps us greatly.
We know kids will be kids! If your little one needs some extra space, please sit in the designated family area during the ceremony. Our hosts/hostesses may gently guide you there if needed.
Parking will be in a grassy area with space available on both sides of the building. Please follow the signs and parking attendants.
For RSVP issues or general questions, please reach out to Joanie Cull at (757) 639-3856.
