Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We are asking all RSVPs to be submitted no later than May 1st. After that, unfortunately, all unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you receive a plus one, the option will appear when you go to RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are inviting all your littles to come join in the fun. There will be a kids table full of activities and snacks, and plenty of dirt around to keep them entertained. Rules are limited, just don't break anything or run into the parking lot! Also worth mentioning, kids are invited but not required. Don't be afraid to use this as your excuse for a date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We suggest arriving between 3:45-4:15, as no entry will be permitted after 4:20 to avoid any interruptions. We thank you all in advance for your punctuality!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

In the spirit of celebration, we'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! The official category is 'country cocktail'. Ladies- anything that falls below the knees works! (Just no white/cream) Everything is outdoors, on grass and dirt. Take this into consideration when choosing your heels. Gents- dress pants/slacks are appreciated but dark jeans and any collared shirt will work. In the spirit of 'country', you favorite boots are more than welcome.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony to ensure you all can be present with us, as well as allow our photographer to do her best work! We kindly ask that you keep personal cameras/phones silent and tucked away until cocktail hour. After that, by all means! There will be amazing sunset photo opportunities.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive on site, you pull into the parking lot where an attendant will guide you to your spot. Both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, so no need to relocate in between!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Duh. Although, due to the allowance of children and the nature of the drive to get to our location, we have decided to limit it to just beer, wine, and seltzers. That being said, it will be open- so have at it! We will also have plenty of non alcoholic options, so there will be something for everyone!

Question

Is the location handicap accessible?

Answer

It is a very short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site, and from there to the reception. We have been assured that almost anyone should be able to do it with ease. If you are concerned or realize when you arrive that it is not possible for you to walk, the owners have graciously offered to give anyone a ride in their golf carts to and from the different sites. Additionally, the restrooms are located right outside the main reception site, and have a ramp attached. If you anticipate needing any assistance, please let us know in advance if possible so we can be properly prepared!

Question

When should I expect the day to end?

Answer

Our venue has a strict curfew at 10. At that time all music must be off, and everyone must be off the premises by 10:30. On the bright side, you know you won't be getting home unreasonably late! With the allowance of children we know that most people will have to leave sooner which is absolutely okay. Wanting to stay until the end is also absolutely okay.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your love and presence with us on our big day are the most important gifts of all. However, if you would like to bless us with a gift to help us start our new lives together, please visit the registry tab. We are registered through Zola, who make it very easy by allowing you to shop from multiple places without leaving our site!

Question

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We are so excited to be having Taquizas Jose provide all of our food! We will have an array of tacos, quesadillas, and mulitas, as well as all the fixins on the side.

For all the days along the way
