April 1, 2026 will be the last day for RSVP. Even though it is a small ceremony, this gives us enough time to finalize head count with the venue and the caterors.
We have a 4 hour time slot at the venue from 3-7. The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm.
The dress code is Garden Formal. Please wear bright colors, florals or ruffles. Have fun with it!
We have a very limited guest list for our intimate ceremony, and we want to keep the attendes as the people who are near and dear to us. Your invitation will specify if youre able to bring your significant other. Please be mindful of the details and the names given on your invitation.
This is an adult's only event and will be kid free. If you do have little ones, please make arrangements for them to be cared for at home while you attend our celebration.
For our loved ones traveling to us from out of state, we have our recommended airport and multiple hotels on our "Travel" page for your convenience. Many hotels are less than 15 minutes away from our venue.
Yes, there are 2 designated parking lots. While it is the same venue, the ceremony and the reception are held in 2 different areas. We recommend parking on the street by the inn and walking down to the private ceremony. This is most convenient for you and it will keep the gorgeous reception space a surprise. If needed after the ceremony, you can move your cars to the paved reception lot, or take a short walk through the meadows.
We do not have a shuttle or transportaion service for our celebration. For those who are staying at a hotel, uber and lyft are available and it shouldn't be longer than a 15 minute ride.
If you are a member of the bridal party, we have our rehearsal dinner scheduled the day prior to our ceremony. The details for that are listed on our events page. We kindly ask the bridal party to attend our rehearsal dinner independently, and let your significant other rest up for the celebration. If you are not a member of the bridal party, we would love for you to attend our after party and continue celebrating after our reception! The details for this are listed on our events page as well.
